U.S. Hosiery accepts returns or exchanges for any unused product within 30 days of purchase. Products must have original tags. Please include your invoice/packing slip with your return, this will serve as your Exchange/Return Form. We inspect all items prior to shipping and every effort is made to ship orders correctly. However, if an item is received either damaged or an incorrect item shipped, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt of order and we will make arrangements for replacement items to be sent. Claims will not be accepted after this time period. We suggest that you return your package via Insured Parcel Post (US Mail) or UPS or an equivalent method of your choosing. Please keep your shipper's receipt until you have received your exchange or refund. If you request a refund, we will refund using your original payment method. Unless the exchange occurred as a result of our error, we do not refund postage and handling. For orders with 'Free Shipping', If items are returned to us for a full refund, shipping charges will be applied and deducted from your total order.

U.S. Hosiery accepts orders online 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Next Day Air and 2 Day Air, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles California via UPS. US Hosiery ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by UPS.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Expedited orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 48 hours. UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review in which case the customer will need to be contacted. This can delay the shipping time. US Hosiery cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review.
Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

Additionally, U.S. Hosiery ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. U.S. Hosiery works with UPS & major trucking carriers such as UCL, EDI, etc. Our clients also have the option of choosing there own carriers with the condition of being aware of there price rates.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
